Damaged Items
RM wraps is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. RM wraps will provide assistance as necessary until the claim is processed by the carrier, then we will process your replacement product. Please photograph and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Order Discrepancies/Shortages
You must inform us about defects, shortages, or any other discrepancies between what you ordered and what you received within 3 days of receiving your order. From there, RM wraps will work with you and the supplier to resolve any issues.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
As of April 26th, 2022, all purchases made on our architectural film website (www.rmwrapsstore.com) are non-cancelable, and thus non-refundable, once they are submitted to the national distributors.
All sales of 3M Di-Noc, once processed with the distributor, are 100% final.
In the event an order is placed without checking stock levels with us prior, we will submit a stock-level request on your behalf with the national distributor and wait to process your order until we hear back from the national distributor. This can delay fulfillment of your order. In the event the material is not available in the US, we will contact you with estimated wait times for the material to arrive, and/or possible substitution options.
All vinyl products purchased are custom-cut to a specific order, and are not exchangeable. Please take special care to order carefully and completely; we always recommend ordering samples prior to placing a full order.
Please note that products ordered at different times may have different lot numbers, therefore we can not guarantee a color or pattern match. Rm wraps and partner manufacturers are always making changes to provide you with the highest quality products.
Rm wraps does not guarantee any application of our films. We are here to help if you need tips on installation but can not be held responsible for installation failure.
For any shipment that is refused or returned due to incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for fees associated with reshipping items.
