Cyber-attach

The email came for the warehouse that stocks the 3M Di-noc. Rm wraps did not get a Cyber-attach. Rm wraps will send out the samples and/or the material as soon as the warehouse is up and running. 

Dear Valued customer,

As you may already know, the week before last we experienced a cyber-attack which required that we disconnect our systems. The good news is that it was discovered and contained early. We have outside security teams working to restore all of our systems and test that they are virus-free. Our ERP system has not been infected, so once our connections are re-established, we should be able to resume normal activity. At this time, there is no indication of a data loss due to the issue. 

When will we be up and running again?

We do not have a firm timetable yet. We will be shut down through the end of the day Monday, November 2, 2020, and will continue to update you on our progress as we get up and running. While we are shut down, there will be disruptions to our customer service, purchasing, payment, production, and shipping processes.
