Citation CJ1 Quick 2-Day Overhaul
Randy was hired to wrap the interior surfaces in this Citation CJ1 a couple hours down the road from our home base in Twin Falls, Idaho. The customer wanted to use a dark, high-end wood grain finish, and he ultimately ended up choosing Premium Wood PW-2316MT. This gave us one of the best sets of “before and after” photos to date, not only allowing us to show off the level of detail and quality in the Premium Wood line of patterns, but also just how drastic a difference architectural films can make in refreshing a surface.
Being such a relatively small plane, the project only needed about 10 yards of the wood grain vinyl. Still, there was quite a bit of intricate detail work to be done, and no matter how big or small the project, Randy always takes his time and performs a long-lasting, professional install. Install took 2 days with all but a few trim pieces removed from the plane.
