Order Processing Times

All our orders placed on www.rmwrapsstore.com are processed within 1 business day. From there, orders are passed to their respective third party warehouses for fulfillment/shipping. Items in stock in the U.S. typically take 1-3 business days to be shipped. From there, orders take 3-5 days to arrive at most locations in the United States. Items in stock at manufacturers’ locations overseas typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive from overseas, and from there 3-5 days to arrive at most locations in the United States. Items not in stock at either location (backordered) are given ETA’s on a case-by-case basis from the manufacturer. Because of this, we recommend contacting us to check item availability prior to placing your order. 

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.  If we do not receive all of the information needed to properly process your order (verified payment, shipping address, etc), RM wraps will contact you explaining the additional information we need from you. This can delay processing times. 

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped from the state-side warehouse containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours.

 

Domestic Shipping Options

All architectural finish orders are shipped via Fedex Ground or UPS Ground shipping. Once shipped, orders will take 1-5 business days on average to arrive. 

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Due to the size and nature of our architectural finish products and shipping methods, RM wraps cannot ship architectural finish vinyls to P.O. boxes.

 

International Shipping

RM wraps offers shipping services in the Domestic United States only. International customers are welcome to order from us, if they can provide their own shipping account information from services such as Fedex or DHL. To set up an international order, please contact us at info@rmwraps.com before ordering.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

RM wraps are not responsible for any customs, duties and/or taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damaged Items

RM wraps is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. RM wraps will provide assistance as necessary until the claim is processed by the carrier, then we will process your replacement product. Please photograph and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Order Discrepancies/Shortages

You must inform us about defects, shortages, or any other discrepancies between what you ordered and what you received within 3 days of receiving your order. From there, RM wraps will work with you and the supplier to resolve any issues.

 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

As of April 26th, 2022, all purchases made on our architectural film website (www.rmwrapsstore.com) are non-cancelable, and thus non-refundable, once they are submitted to the national distributors. 

All sales of 3M Di-Noc, once processed with the distributor, are 100% final.

All vinyl products purchased are custom-cut to a specific order, and are not exchangeable. Please take special care to order carefully and completely; we always recommend ordering samples prior to placing a full order.

Please note that products ordered at different times may have different lot numbers, therefore we can not guarantee a color or pattern match. Rm wraps and partner manufacturers are always making changes to provide you with the highest quality products.

Rm wraps does not guarantee any application of our films. We are here to help if you need tips on installation but can not be held responsible for installation failure.

For any shipment that is refused or returned due to incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for fees associated with reshipping items.
